Finding Your Motivation for session

Spending a few minutes prior to class to soul search for that bit of motivation... whether that is someone, something, work, friend or foe. Maybe you're not feeling stressed or anxious finding some kind of positive inspiration to push you through works well

Active Stretching & warmup

The first 15 minutes will be spend awakening the warrior. Active stretching and movements to loosen the body. Along with some mild intensity cardio to begin the blood flow while increasing the heart rate.

Aqua Bag & Heavy Bag Work

For the next 15 minutes we will be working various punches and combinations, focusing on form, technique, speed and power. Listen up as your therapist instructs you with the proper form and directs you through the combinations. Releasing that build up stress, anxiety or pent up energy into the bags.

Focus Mitt Training

Last 30 minutes it's time to train the body physically and mentally. With our one of a kind focus mitt workout and patented focus mitt. You can train like a real fighter. Focus mitt training allows you to move, punch, and defend as if you were in the middle of a real fight. Developing hand-eye coordination and overall boxing skills. All while having a blast.
